Withdrawal Policy
If the customer is a consumer, they are entitled to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following withdrawal policy:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

a) on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered uniformly;
or
b) on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately;
or
c) on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

If multiple of the above alternatives apply, the withdrawal period begins only when you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good or the last partial shipment or piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HunTac GmbH & Co. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also electronically complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or any other clear statement on our website
www.huntac.de/Widerrufsrecht-und-Widerrufsformular.html. If you use this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us (HunTac GmbH & Co. KG, Iburgerstr. 76, 49082 Osnabrück) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
3.2 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
3.3 Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts
- for the supply of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

Packages sent without postage will not be accepted!
