The TYR Tactical MOLLE Micro IFAK Cut-A-Way (TYR-MD750) attaches upright with MOLLE and carries a range of medical items. We created this item with our revolutionary patent pending PV™ and attached quick release buckle strap and cinch to secure the contents from falling out during operations. The IFAK has an internal platform that allows the medic/operator pull an internal platform form with hook so that you can attached it to your the front of your carrier and have immediate access without having to remove the pouch from your MOLLE. The internal platform is attached to a flex cord to prevent dropping or misplacement.
