Transport Damage: If a shipment is visibly damaged, please have an official damage report created immediately by the postal service or shipping company. Report any other damage to us immediately. During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair the goods or replace the item in whole or in part. We are not liable for damage resulting from cleaning procedures or improper handling.
