If the customer is a consumer, they are entitled to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following withdrawal instructions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

a) on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered together;
or
b) on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, if you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;
or
c) on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

If several of the above alternatives apply, the withdrawal period begins only on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good or the last partial shipment or piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HunTac GmbH & Co. KG, Iburger Str. 76, 49082 Osnabrück, Phone: (+49) 541/7607794, Fax: (+49) 5456/934937, Email: info@huntac.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not required.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website: www.huntac.de/Widerrufsrecht-und-Widerrufsformular.html If you use this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us (HunTac GmbH & Co. KG, Iburger Str. 76, 49082 Osnabrück) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

3.2 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

3.3 Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the delivery of goods if these were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

Packages sent freight collect (unpaid) will not be accepted under any circumstances!
